If you were to...

Lets say you took the plunge and tried online party booking.

What would happen? Would customers use it? What about staff? How would using online software impact how you do things today? What does software automation of routine practices mean for long term costs? Would a 24/7 workday help close more sales? Is your business to small to benefit from the use of online tools? What about competitive advantage in your market area? If you make it easier to do business with you, will more people do business with you?

Because shopping patterns have been radically changed by Internet shopping, a better question might be, what happens if you don't...?
